


















On September 9th, IUPUI hosted the inaugural Jaguar 5K and Mental Health Mile to raise awareness for mental health. Additionally, the event raised $3,000 for recovery scholarships.
The 5K began on the Carroll Stadium track, went over the Canal, down the Fall Creek trail and back to Carroll Stadium.
A fresh layer of snow transformed IU Indianapolis into a quiet winter landscape on Tuesday, December 2. This gallery captures the campus in its first true freeze of the seaso: snow-covered benches, icy steps, holiday greenery and students navigating the cold. From untouched drifts to slushy paths carved by footsteps, each photo highlights the stillness and simplicity that winter brings to campus life.
On Oct. 28, a protest to defend student journalism began in Taylor Courtyard at Indiana University Indianapolis, where protesters marched down West Michigan Street. The protest, organized by Maggie Hutton, a J.D. candidate at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, along with other law students came after IU’s decision to dissolve and defund the Indiana Daily Student (IDS), the student newspaper at Indiana University Bloomington.
Xiphos Corps Dance Community, a collegiate dance community at Indiana University Indianapolis, hosted a “performative male” competition on Oct. 1, 2025. This contest played off the recent internet joke of a performative male–a man who drinks matcha, listens to indie artists and reads feminist literature. Boba milk tea and donuts were sold at the event, with proceeds benefiting the organization.
