Despite the inclement weather, the IUPUI campus remained open on Jan. 25, one of the few universities in Indianapolis to do so. Some classes and events, however, canceled, and services including Paw's Pantry closed.
Held on May 2, IU Indianapolis hosted its 12th annual Jagapalooza celebration. Student celebrated the end of the spring semester with carnival rides, games, free merch, food stands and more. The event is planned and run by the Student Activities Programming Board (SAPB) and supported by the Division of Student Affairs (DSA).
On Sept. 28 IU hosted it's 16th annual Regatta and first post IUPUI split. Student participated in canoe races, games, a dog costume contest and voted to crown this year's Regatta royalty.
IUI hosts Battleships competition on Sept. 24 to raise money for the Herman B. Wells Research Center. Battleships is a competition hosted by Jagathon every year during the week leading up to Regatta.
