Winter Club of Indianapolis celebrates the 2026 Winter Olympics with Indiana Showcase

The Winter Club of Indianapolis hosted its fourth Indiana showcase at Holliday Park's ice rink on Jan. 17 from 3-5 p.m. The event offered public skating sessions and featured on-ice demonstrations by talented skaters from across Indiana throughout the afternoon. The showcase aimed to build excitement for the upcoming Winter Olympics, which will take place from Feb. 6-22 in Milano Cortina, Italy.

Indianapolis Colts lead AFC South early in 2025 season, miss playoffs again

On Jan. 4, the Indianapolis Colts fell 38-30 to the Houston Texans, closing out their season with a seventh consecutive loss. The Colts haven't reached the playoffs since 2020, when they were eliminated in the wild card round. Despite a 7-1 start that gave them the league's best record in the 2025 season and first place in the AFC South, the team couldn't maintain that success, finding themselves out of playoff contention.

Former IU Indianapolis men’s basketball players file a new lawsuit against the university

IU Indianapolis faces defamation claim from former basketball coach

The university sent a termination statement to the IndyStar claiming that Corsaro's behavior did not align with university values and standards when it came to the treatment of student athletes.
